I’ve really enjoyed figuring out creative ways to use the sprinkles. I have put it in yogurt, in smoothies, on salads, put it in Chia Pudding, even sprinkled them on top of “birthday pancakes”! One of my favorites has been the savory cracker recipe I found on the Step One website. Nice to have a savory snack that is also easily transportable.

This starter pack was a perfect option for me….I knew I had to do something after seeing my last cholesterol blood work. This product line is a great way to start focusing again on making better food choices, and the fact that I can swap them out for something I am already eating is a plus.
