    Best mix with salads

    Goes really well when added to salads with Italian, balsamic, or avocado vinaigrette, the salad tastes very delicious with cut avocados as a side salad or main salad. With the combination of anytime sprinkles and the strawberry banana smoothie mix, my total cholesterol dropped from 287 to 238 in 30 days. That is very impressive and a total game-changer!     Sprinkles anywhere!

    Sprinkles are great because you can incorporate them into any meal or snack. I like to make baked pears with blueberries, cinnamon, pecans, honey (optional) and then place sprinkles on top! I have also added to yogurt, salads, really you can add to anything!

    This stuff is delicious!!

    It really does work

    I have a genetic predisposition to cardiovascular issues so I did a cardiac screening for CAC. One of my arteries had a score of 15, which really freaked me out. I’m a super active person with a balanced diet, so I was still surprised even with the family history of heart stuff.

    I started seeing a cardiologist and blood work revealed elevated cholesterol and LDLs. I’ve never had any issues with either. He gave me a few minutes to see if I could get them lowered and if not he was ready to put me on a statin. I was already active, I already ate a balanced diet, I already had low stress levels… there really wasn’t much more I had control over to get these numbers down.

    Around June/July, I came across Step One Foods and honestly thought their claims were too good to be true. I started eating a bag of the Anytime Sprinkle everyday mixed in with my Siggi’s yogurt. I sometimes have a second Step One Foods snack of a bar or the nut butter. I’m not consistent with 2 servings each day but I am with one.

    My next labs were about 40 days after starting to incorporate Step One Foods. My total cholesterol had dropped 8 points from 193 to 185 and my LDLs dropped 20 points from 112 to 92.
