I personally am not crazy about chocolate. I am unable to finish any of the chocolate items and usually throw half away. I did like the cranberry pecan bars. Only ate one oatmeal because it is so sweet. I also ordered the smoothie packets and will not order again also too sweet. I will continue with the sprinkles, which I add to my own smoothie made with unsweetened fat free kefir and fresh fruit. I see they are out of the cranberry bars so don't know how I will get two servings per day over the next few weeks before I get my labs checked. Will try the apple cinnamon bars. Would I recommend? Not sure, wish they would have had a sample kit with perhaps one of each item. Will see if lipids are better at the end of the month. If yes will continue.
