I have tried the oatmeal, anytime sprinkles, peanut butter bars, cranberry pecan bars, chocolate walnut bars, and chocolate crunch bars. The apple cinnamon bars are my least favorite but I do like the oatmeal and I am not really an oatmeal person. My total cholesterol dropped 30 points after one month of eating the Step One food! I also started intermittent fasting 2 weeks prior to starting Step One foods and my doctor agreed to keep me off statins and recheck my cholesterol after 6 months to see if my cholesterol continues to decrease. I am 57 and have not been able to lose weight in over 8 years but I lost 5 lbs after a month:) I have placed 4 orders so far. I will stick with my 3 favorites- the oatmeal, anytime sprinkles, and chocolate crunch bars.
