Michelle's Step One success story

Michelle's Step One success story

As someone who follows a healthy diet and a consistent workout regime, Michelle was shocked when her doctor informed her that her total cholesterol level was 236. “It was very alarming to hear what my cholesterol was,” she says.

She was determined to improve her levels, without medication, so she started researching natural remedies to lower her cholesterol.

“Like many customers, I discovered Step One on social media,” she says. “After reading the customer reviews from real people and doing additional research, I decided to give it a try.”

Even with a busy work schedule that requires lots of travel, Michelle was easily able to incorporate Step One Foods into her daily routine.

“When I initially started using Step One, I followed the recommended two servings a day for 30 days,” she says.  “I mainly had pancakes for breakfast and one of the bars for a snack.  On other days, I would eat one of the bars for an afternoon snack and another for an evening snack. The bars are great for my really busy days when I am working away from home.  I just grab two to go, and I am set for the day!”

Michelle started the Step One program in August 2021, in her next checkup in September 2021, her LDL cholesterol improved by 29 points.

“I started my Step One regimen on August 28, 202l. At this time my total cholesterol was 236, LDL 169 and HDL 50 I had my cholesterol rechecked on September 23 (27 days later because this was the earliest my doctor could see me) and my total cholesterol went from 236 to 219, LDL went from 169 to 140, HDL went from 50 to 58,” she says. “My doctor even asked what I had done in thirty days to get such great results.  I gladly shared with her the Step One Foods regimen that I had started after I had received my last results.  She was very impressed.”

Thrilled with her results, Michelle plans to recommend Step One to everyone she knows and continue with the program.

“This is a lifestyle change,” she says. “So, I plan to continue eating healthier, exercising, and using Step One Foods. This product works and it is worth every penny. When you combine Step One Foods with a healthier meal plan and a moderate exercise plan, you can get maximum results.”

In addition to improving her cholesterol levels, Step One has motivated Michelle to become more active.

“Step One has inspired me to exercise more,” she says. “My job requires a lot of traveling and sitting down. So, this journey with Step One Foods has motivated me to become more physically active.”

Michelle’s favorite Step One products are the Whole Oats Pancakes, Cranberry Pecan Bar and the Dark Chocolate Crunch Bar. She recommends mixing the Anytime Sprinkles in with the Pancake mix to ensure you’ll get your two servings -- it’ll likely keep you satisfied for most of the day!
