No longer just for Sundays, enjoy a fluffy stack of pancakes any day! Whole
Oats & Walnut Pancakes are easy to make and hard to resist. Just add water to this hearty and heart-healthy mix of oats, bananas, and walnuts; pour the batter on the griddle and prepare to be surrounded by the sweet aroma of real Madagascar vanilla. Eat with a smile for any meal, on any day!

  • Traditional Prep: Simply empty the single-serve packet into a small bowl and stir in 1/3 to ½ cup water. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes while you heat the griddle. Spray with cooking spray and pour batter on the griddle, dividing into 2 or 3 pancakes. Make sure the top bubbles before flipping. Cook until golden brown.
  • Fast Prep: Mix packet into a mug with ⅓ cup of water. Let sit for 3 minutes. Then microwave for 2 minutes.

Discover the four building blocks of heart health.

Fiber

Found in foods like oat bran, flaxseed and dried fruit, fiber binds to cholesterol particles in the intestine and moves them out of the body.

Plant Sterols

Plant sterols - a group of substances made in plants such as nuts and seeds - block cholesterol absorption in the digestive tract.

Omega-3s

Omega-3s - essential fatty acids present in foods such as chia seeds, walnuts and flaxseed - reduce inflammation and help lower triglycerides while raising HDL (good) cholesterol.

Antioxidants

Found in foods like dark chocolate, berries and pecans, antioxidants help prevent the build-up of plaque in the blood vessels.

Real results. Real people.

Heavy Pancakes

I really like these dense pancakes with a little real maple syrup and country crock butter. They are super easy to make for one person.

These pancakes are very filling

I put one egg and water with the pancake mix. It makes three four inch pancakes. When I eat the pancake I can go to dinner with no hunger pains or desire for junk food. Pancakes are one of my favorites.
