Catherine's Step One Success Story
For most of her life, Catherine has struggled with high cholesterol and more recently, her blood pressure had increased to the point where she was prescribed medication to help control it.

Then, in December 2022, as her 65th birthday approached, Catherine decided to make lowering her cholesterol and improving her overall health a top priority.

“I was turning 65 this year and I want to end the year in my best possible health,” she said.

While browsing Facebook, Catherine saw an ad for Step One Foods, but as a skeptic of most supplements and their health benefits, she was on the fence about starting the program.

“I'm always skeptical when I read about different types of supplements and how they might benefit my health,” she said. “But after reviewing the studies and reading the testimonials, I decided to give Step One Foods a try.”

Since December 2022, Catherine has followed the Step One program, eating Step One products twice a day and her results a little over a year later have been astonishing.

“With Step One Foods, I have seen over a 40% reduction in triglycerides and over 30% in total and LDL cholesterol,” she said. “Even my blood pressure numbers are well below the normal range. My physician called with my April bloodwork and thought that I was taking red yeast rice and to keep it up -- I was NOT taking red yeast rice. He was extremely pleased with my results.”

Now, with lower cholesterol and better health, Catherine is happy to have Step One Foods a part of her life.

Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her best friend, her 14 year old rescue dog, Bridget. She finds joy in helping others.

“I use the sprinkle every morning with my Better Oats 100 calorie, 18 carb oatmeal. I add a half cup of frozen blueberries, an 1/8 cup of protein powder and stir in a Chobani Zero Sugar yogurt once the oatmeal is cooked. This is a very healthy and filling meal.
