Your Plan FAQs
There are two ways to create an account.
1. Create your account when you are checking out.
a. When you proceed to the first step of the checkout process you have the option to create an account. Simply follow the prompts.
2. After you've placed an order, you can create an account using the same email you placed your initial Plan order with.
a. Select the "Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar on the Step One website.
b. Select "Create Account" and register using the same email you placed your initial Plan order with.
c. Enter your Information on the left hand form and select "Create Account"
Once you have created your account you can log in anytime to see your order history and edit and manage your Plan.

2. Enter your login credentials
Order History: Click this link to view your past orders.
Addresses: Click this link to view and edit your shipping and billing address.
Manage Subscription: Click this link to view and manage your Logout: Click this link to logout of your account
1.If you've forgotten your password, simply press the "Forgot Your Password?" prompt on the login page
2. Enter your email and click 'Submit"
3.You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password
When you log into your account, you'll see the navigation option shown below.
