How John Avoided Medication & Lowered His Total Cholesterol By 32 Points

Over the last 10 years, John has struggled to keep his cholesterol levels in the normal range, even with a healthy diet. After a visit with his physician, where it was recommended that he take medications to help bring his LDL below 100.
