I have enjoyed sampling these. My favorites are the blueberry oatmeal, dark chocolate walnut, and the sprinkles. I have not tried the apple cinnamon yet.
I like that I get the correct amount of fiber, plant sterols, and nutrition needed in 2 servings per day. I am hopeful and determined to address my lipid problem at the root cause and not depend on medications that cause me bad side effects to lower my levels.
